Robyn Bajema, LPC-Intern, ASOTP

I graduated of the University of Houston in 2010, where I completed a Bachelor of Science as a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. My coursework has included research methods, statistical analysis, ethics and a variety of classes from the sociology and psychology disciplines

Currently, I am working towards my License as a Professional Counselor. I graduated with a Masters in Psychology.
 

 I have over 8 years of experience in a variety of disciplines including research, clinical support, program development, and psychological services. My psychotherapy experience includes working  a wide range of cognitive abilities and severity of diagnoses in inpatient and outpatient settings. My interests are working with issues involving anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, grief, stress management, marriage and family systems, process and psycho-educational groups. I also have a passion for working with adolescents and adults. With a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I have a compassionate, collaborative approach, encouraging psycho education and mindfulness of cognitive and behavioral patterns. I am mindful about meeting a person where they are, and helping to facilitate change in their life.
