Wellness is about bringing into balance the mind, body and spirit which results in an overall feeling of well-being. It can be described as an active process of becoming aware of existence and making choices that lead to a more successful and prosperous life. At HTWC Inc., our trained therapists will guide you in a healthy direction with a personalized program to fit your individual needs. We offer the following wellness programs:

  • Wellness Coaching by a Wellcoaches Wellness trained staff member
  • Breath work, Guided Imagery, Meditations
  • Therapeutic Yoga by a 200RYT Instructor
  • Am I hungry? food lifestyle awareness sessions
  • Monthly Community Gatherings to discuss health topic and enjoy healthy foods.  These are donation based gatherings and the funds will correspond to the National Health Observances 2013 by the month with charities to practice Karma Yoga and give to others.
